well i fixed my first problem but the bad news happens to be the eclipse is ending really fast during the gong step and i dont know why
Vex Mythomilk Not a problem caused by the mods. I can almost assure you that the mud room step wasn’t marked as completed. This happens if you don’t activate the radio that tells you the code before the mud room step. Activate the radio and redo the mud room step.

am I meant to not spawn with Vril Generator?

@Chay_ with v3, correct. Other versions, no, you should get it especially if you’re playing as Richtofen.

So yesterday I did the COTD easter egg solo then went to shang to do that easter egg and I had the vril device now today when I tried to load shang I do not have the vril device anymore even though I had it yesterday, I've restarted the game multiple times made sure the mod was loaded and made sure it was installed correctly which it was.

ThermalGem007 make sure to check for it as Richtofen, as the Golden Rod only shows in your inventory if you’re playing as him. If you were playing as Richtofen on solo but it wasn’t showing, then check that the Call of the Dead Easter Egg was counted as completed from the
bg_collectiblesdvar (through the console or%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t5\players\conLZM.cfg) by seeing if the 43rd number (7th from the end) is a 1. If you’re checking through the in-game console, you’ll have to enter the name of the dvar and press Enter, and check the value through the expanded console, because only writing the name of the dvar doesn’t show its full value length. The completion is checked differently for co-op btw. -

I tried the (v1) and it crashes when I'm hosting with friends. The v2 crashes in every map not moon.

Bigminedude13 none of the provided mods modifies those steps. You could refer to comment #31. Please refer to an Easter Egg guide for anything outside the mentioned modifications.

hey me and my 2 other friends tried both v1 and v2 and it didn't work when we tried the button step (it kept buzzing and didn't go back into the wall immediately). Can we press any 3 buttons because its 3 of us or do we all have to press each button i don't get it as when we tried to press one each at the same time it didn't work. (also do cosmetic mods affect this? i doubt it but still)

NKCGAMER115 On Ascension, V1 requires all 4 buttons to be pressed within 100 seconds when the steps is started with less than 4 players no other restrictions, while V2 requires pressing as many buttons as there are players simultaneously (within 0.5 seconds of each other).
Cosmetic mods shouldn’t affect it as long as they don’t override the same GSC files used by the mods. -

One more question though could we all just spam the buttons until one time we press is the same time or does it have to be one clean press at a time?

NKCGAMER115 similar to vanilla, for V2, you can spam.

I've gone through the step you mentioned with the mods listed in this post with different numbers of players and they worked fine. If you have custom scripts that interfere with the step or the Easter Egg, please remove them to avoid such issues.
