Error when launching Plutonium: tried multiple fixes, nothing worked

I downloaded Plutonium, but when I try to run it directly, I get an error. I checked the forums and saw that some people suggested changing the DNS, disabling the firewall, and even turning off the antivirus — but none of those worked for me. I’d appreciate any other suggestions or solutions.

DirkRockface I read the same thing in another post on this forum, so I changed my DNS to 1.1.1.1—if that’s what you were referring to. Unfortunately, the issue is still happening.
If you meant something else, please clarify. And if you have any fix or tool that might help me resolve it, I’d really appreciate it if you could share it. -
