Hello,
My account was banned for unspecified reasons 13 days ago. I have not violated any of the platform's or service's rules. Please review my case and, if possible, unban my account.
I am a dedicated daily player and really need my account back.

They don't do unban request. Whatever you did triggered the anticheat system.
