Can't login and im booting it up from plutonium.exe and i downloaded newest exe

If the error in the updater persists, could you show the error?
If you’re not facing an error in plutonium.exe, could you show the file that opens when you press Win+R and paste this %localappdata%\Plutonium\info.json and also show the plutonium.exe you’re running?
