When will offline mode return?

I'm assuming the offline mode was taken out because plutonium's code was rewrote in the last update? Or is it not possible to reimplement it because you need wifi to log into the launcher?

click that down arrow and it gives you a option to start lan

FragsAreUs If I try and open the launcher without a connection it will prompt the log in menu which I cant get past without a connection.

Yes i would like to know that as well, the good old yes the game supports LAN but requires Internet to play LAN does that qualify for an oxymoron label <sigh>
one can but hope there is an option indeed would be fab to play it
