Launcher not starting the BO2 Client after redirecting the files.

I've been trying to start the launcher, but every time I try, it just exits the application and then doesn't start. Do I have to uninstall the program and restart the whole process again, redirect the files again, or have I missed a step?

Antivirus or software/overlay/driver etc crashing the process most likely
