ok ur location is right then it must be either theyre names is not right or you didnt convert them using the (K) iwi fast converter and just renamed the .dds to .iwi

XanderGames2021 for the path is as follows: C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\pluto_t6_full_game\t6r\data\images
for me it used to work like this, im not sure now because i havent used custom icons for a while.
edit: make sure its exactly like this because the game may not understand how to find them otherwise.
