Plutonium not launching after a long loading

Any clues why is this happening, have i done something that interferes with Plutonium ?

You can try to change your DNS to use Cloudflare's (1.1.1.1) or try CloudFlare WARP.
Most likely it's your ISP causing issues. -

Downloaded CloudFlare WARP and it worked, thank you very much mate
I also wonder why my ISP would be problematic for Plutonium only and not anything else ?
