Selected the BO2 folder and game wont open. No errors just nothing happens

Followed all of the instructions in order. I updated then opened the client. Selected what folder to run from then i opened plutonium.. It says Opening T6 Multiplayer then nothing happens. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

Look like a same issue that happens on my friend.
Try to copy the Plutonium folder from %LOCALAPPDATA% to other place like root path of D:\ then start the game with
bin\plutonium-launcher-win32.exe.My friend solved this issue temporary by this way

Griizzz1ey don't follow what geekidos posted, you are advised to launch pluto via plutonium.exe and not by the files inside localappdata. Download and install the 2 resists and directx, https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download then try launching pluto.
