Unsure why I got banned?

Hello,
As the title states, I am unsure why I got a 7 day ban. I was playing online, and then, I got server disconnected and when i tried to come back in, it didnt let me. The only other softwares I have open is omen gaming (overlay to monitor laptop temps) and ds4 windows to use controller.
Someone on discord said that the overlay may have caused the anti cheat to go off, but since I didn’t get a mod reply, i thought i’d post here.
If I could get unbanned so that I can restart playing, I’d appreciate it (or at least, if a mod can reach out to me so that we can discuss, i’d appreciate it). If it is indeed the overlay, I can turn it off, no problem
