i keep getting an error has occurred when trying to launch plutonium, error info below.

i got that a week ago it just fixed itself after a few hours

this is my first time setting it up and its been a few days and im still getting the same thing, it just keeps saying 'An error has occurred' with different error codes each time.

Try these:
- Cloudflare DNS: https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/setup/windows/
- Cloudflare WARP: https://one.one.one.one

ive tried using the cloudflare DNS and WARP however im still running into the same issue, i think im going to hold off on trying to use plutonium until i build a new PC. Ive been trying to install it for about 2 weeks now and its still giving me the same error even though ive tried to reinstall directx 11 and ensuring that all my drivers are up to date.
Im running a i7-6700k with a gtx 1070, not sure if thats relevent but im not sure what do to at this point. Thank you for your help in this. -
UPDATE: tried again with clouldflare warp and now it seems to work
