Error 0xc000007b opening Plutonium Launcher

As usual, the game worked fine a few days ago, but today when opening the launcher it freezes on updater window and throws the following message:
I already checked the common issues post:

Excluded the game folder and the Plutonium files for the antivirus.
-
All the redists installed.
-
Reinstalled Plutonium files using the plutonium.exe.

As it says on top of first page that OS should be win 8.1 and above and you should have a physical GPU or an hardware part that works like a GPU. This does not work for PC and Laptops without a hardware GPU.
