Ban without reason after a few months without playing

I am posting here a problem I had while logging in last night. I see that I was banned for 72 days, without reason.

I don't understand why it has been a few months since I last played.
On plutonium, I had to change my password even though it was the right one, and I'm sure of it.

I was then able to access my account.
