I have a problem in Plutonium IW5. the problem is that, whenever i start the Plutonium I just press play to play MW3 but it does not start. And the bootstrapper pops up and exits suddenly and i am confused plz help me. -

if you are all on windows 7 you need to update to 10 as of the new update does not work for windows 7 and more and its outdated and end of life support

Install the 2 redists and directx https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download and if the bootstrapper gets stuck, probably a antivirus issue, add plutonium folder in %localappdata% to exclusions in defender or whatever antivirus you use.
