Trying to play with friends game says we have different build versions and wont update for them

This message keeps showing up whenever we try to enter on a custom match, the launcher updates me to 43.1736.11 and their main screen say 43.1701.11, already tried deleting both launcher, gamefiles and plutonium data in %localappdata%.
Is anyone else having this issue? Any way to solve it?

Here's my friend system info and mine for reference, we tried forcing plutonium.exe to run as administrator too but no luck so far
