The plutonium luncher doesn't work

so I don't understand why the launcher doesn't work for me first i try it in my new pc it's stucks in the update page and tells me about Error and a crash id: 6d75801ddbd495aa5f639c7a51b214
for some reason tge crash id always change this the last id i get

Niyaz_n1 I'm getting the same issue, after my power went out and turned off my computer while I was playing.

TheSpacefish Lol for me I was using vpn for my browser (I didn't even launch plutonium) so it messed with my network settings in a way or another because when I use a vpn now it works immediately, I think I will just install windows all over again to fix it

can someone help me pls? I am playing with my friend in the house ,but we cannot connect with eachother . Is maybe a problem with the internet? My friend is playing now ,but i cannot join him.
