SP custom maps resources question

Hi I'm a new member,
I've been looking for a CoD modding community that is active and using GSC for scripting gameplay. I have a specific interest in creating Call of Duty SP maps/mods and was wondering if they are any resources for them beyond CoD4. Apologies for asking the question here and I'm aware this is a community dedicated for MP/Zombies. I'm trying to identify if what I'm pursuing is even possible so any help is greatly appreciated.
