Can't login on launcher

I just downloaded the launcher and it's not letting me login because it shows me an error, I've attached an image of the error. I've tried deleting the folder on %localappdata% but it didn't work. In the Discord someone told me that something might be blocking the connection but that is weird since I've played with Plutonium before no problem but now it's not working. Thanks in advance.
