I am writing to you with a request to reconsider the decision to block my account. I recently received a permanent ban, and although I understand the seriousness of the violations of the rules, I would like to explain the circumstances of what happened.
I was blocked for using editing software, but it is important to note that all actions were performed exclusively in LAN mode without the participation of other players on the Internet. I have never used cheats or software that gives me an advantage over other players online.
My account was blocked unfairly because I did not violate the spirit of the rules of the game and did not cause any harm to other players. I truly love this game and want to continue playing it honestly and with respect for the community.
I have tried many times to get a response from support, but they have not been able to help me, I do not want to use other ways to bypass the lock if there are any, I just want to play games and have fun, please help me with this problem.
Please consider unblocking my account. I am ready to provide any additional information or evidence that may be required to confirm my words.
I would appreciate your attention to my appeal and hope for a positive solution to the issue.
