Banned for 300k+ days

Was banned on my previous account for loading a cinematic editing tool and forgetting to go into LAN, an honest mistake but i understand. I sign on to a new account that was not banned nor have i cheated on, only have used editing tools in LAN and im once again banned for 300,000+ days. Am i not allowed to make new accounts after being banned once?
nmdlol being banned for 363k+ days indicates you’ve been banned permanently due to being banned more than once. Attempting to sign into alternative accounts is classified as an attempt to bypass the ban which extends the ban and gets it applied to the accounts you try to log into. https://plutonium.pw/docs/anticheat/

No, you were banned twice... exactly a week apart... like 15 minutes after your first ban ended

I have a same problem, it's clear that this is a violation of the rules, but half of the players don't even read the rules, and even more so the editors who just want to make beautiful cinematics, after getting 2 bans, you don't even know why, if you indicated the reason for the ban, it would be easier, but after getting banned, it's not possible to appeal it and get I've been trying to unlock my account for the game for a year, and I don't even plan to use cinematics software on Pluto anymore.

Thats a very, very lame excuse of an example.
MvM literally warns you about getting your account banned and tells you what you have to do to prevent this, bet you were too lazy to read that too.

RevisPresents I'm sorry my man, i can't answer that... i'm just an average user like yourself. You would need Staff to answer that. If they do unban folks, they don't advertise it (probably for good reason) but either way, only they can answer that.

anyway, instead of arguing with tickets, it would be a lot easier to just say if there are ways to dispute bans or not, and if not, that's a pretty harsh banning system, regardless of the "documentation"

nmdlol a more lenient system would make the entire system useless if all you had to do was "claim you didn't read the instructions" and everyone was able to be unbanned"
I mean 2 chances SHOULD be plenty to learn the lesson. After the first, there is no excuse not to get smart on the issue and figure out what you did wrong.
I would agree with your argument if it was a "one and done" thing.
