I was randomly banned for cheating while playing a trickshot server?

gore_ yeah i didn't know what you meant by that trickshot last kill thing but since you offered it as something that you were doing when you got banned, i just wanted to clarify...
I'm not trying to say that you are necessarily lying, i'm just saying i've never known the staff to take a banned person's "word for it" and reversed a ban... they know how the anti-cheat works and i'm sure have logs that can tell them much more info than what us normals are privy to!
I absolutely disagree that this is "clearly an issue" because if there was a rampant issue of false positives, you would see A HELL of a lot more people complaining about it compared to the VERY few people (most of whom i bet are full of crap) saying they didn't do anything.
I am obviously not staff or an admin so if they want to dig more into this, they can... My answers just came from the last couple years of observations of people who did in fact cheat and just said they wouldn't do it again. Just passing along the info!
DirkRockface thank you for replying with a little bit more compassion brother. i do believe that the other thread of the guy posting was telling the truth as well. i understand your stand on people trying to appeal bans and you want to assume guilt but there isn't really a way to cheat while trickshotting with it not being known in the clips. there for i dont think he truly was cheating. i think this may be a newer issue bc i have trickshotted on pluto servers for about 4 years not joking and this has never happened to me. the game is a lot more dead now then it was back then as well. my concern is just not being able to figure out the reason i was banned and then the anti cheat picks up the same thing and i am banned for even longer then making it impossible for me to play the game. i am more then willing to wait the 7 days out but i would like to return and be able to play. the only thing i can think of is the bind i set to change my fps but i'm not even sure if that is it. i used the bind multiple times prior to me getting banned. super strange hopefully someone can help me figure this out.

Also I asked if a staff member could possibly help me out and insure that I don't get banned again and find the reasoning I was banned. Xerxes this shit blows man im worried about getting banned again after my time is up. i enjoy playing the game and i am concerned. hopefully if i just unbind my m and n bind that i made for fps change that will be the solution. i do believe that my nvidia shadow play should be ok as it has been in the past so many times before.

gore_ Again, we can only assume it was from your end cause we don't have any access for anything at all from what you were doing or had running in the background. We can only assume with what the information we have at hand, what you did before hand, and the information you've provided. We were just referring to the anti-cheat policy and the potentials of what you had been banned for. It can be multiple of things. It's great that you said you didn't do such things but we don't 100% know that and how are we suppose to know what you said is credible.

Resxt Xerxes well gg boys just got banned again randomly. legit makes no sense ive been making sure to close every other app i dont use while playing. i actually was able to play for about a week before getting this second ban. i was just banned now forever basically it was fun. below i will post a link of proof showing me getting banned for cheating while i was not cheating. thanks

You can clearly see im not cheating. There isn’t a cheat that would even beneficial using on trickshot servers for pluto. Prayers

that is actually insane, obvious the anti-cheat is bugged yet the staff dont even acknowledge it, and the contributors are clearly no help either, someone needs to bring awareness to this clear problem

embracenewlife what kind of help would you want from the contributors? we are just normal users like you, we have no special mystical powers, no ability to check logs, etc... we just happened to donate to help the project we like which usually means you'll see us around more often and can TRY to provide information from what we have witnessed and learned from previous incidents... that is exactly what we did.
We can only point you in the direction of the anti-cheat documentation, and give advice based on previous people who have complained about the anti-cheat... which is usually all that is needed for folks to realize the mistake they have made.

I would be willing to hop in a call and do an entire PC check to see what is triggering the anti cheat. I really enjoy playing the game and don't want to just be banned off of it when I haven't done anything intentionally. HELP PLS SIR

DirkRockface you can specifically help by pc checking people who claim to be falsely banned instead of just being like "hey, im sorry cant do anything about it" or "youve been banned for a reason" when false flags happens in other games all the time, plutonium is no exception to this
also id like to argue that even though contributors have to follow the same rules as normal people, that doesnt make you like us, this is because contributors have more contributions than other people, even having access to early builds of plutonium that we dont have, youre normal in the sense of having to follow the rules and not having the powers the actual staff has, but youre not normal in the sense of that you have early access builds
finally, i want to point out that while you do point out the anti-cheat document, it actually has flaws in the document, here are a few examples that i see:
"Plutonium has an anti-cheat that was completely custom made by our developers. While we cannot divulge
information on how it works, we can confidently say that it works as we have thwarted over 20,000 cheating attempts! It will never catch everything but it most people agree that is does a better job than some others out there."not only do we not know what percentage of the 20,000 cheating attempts are actual cheating attempts vs false flags, the source is outdated by 4 years with the latest update to the anti-cheat detection graph being on july 31, 2021
"We will not provide any information regarding any given ban, remember you broke our rules."
this is a bad argument, as again, false flags has happened in other games and so did this, even disregarding other games, gore's proof shows him just regularly playing on leetin servers before he was perma banned
also in that doc, it gives out a list of things that can get you banned which is nice, but it only gives a "following but not limited to" list instead of a full list in which when several people are claiming to be falsely banned, dont you think whoever made the anti-cheat forum can make it a full list so people know what to avoid when playing on the client?
obviously, there is no shade and i understand that youre not staff so your power is limited, but there are ways you can help contribute to helping with the anti-cheat problem beyond what the staff can control, i hope you can take my argument into consideration, if you have any questions feel free to ask me
