Weapon Configuration Update

Can we Update the weapon Configuration for example Damage, Ammo Capacity,etc; for Black Ops 1 and Black Ops 2 Zombies?
This is the Black Ops 1 IWD settings, and of course there is no main folder on the Black Ops 2 menu.
If not, can someone find a way to do it? -

I tried for black ops 1 zombies but doesnt work for the base game.
