Aim Assist down for Controller???

Hi everyone, for some time now, probably due to the launcher update, the aim assist for controllers is no longer active, even though it's enabled in the settings. I still don't have aim assist anymore. What's the reason for this?

Check the suggestion in WHERES THE AIM ASSIST ON CONTROLLER????:
Execute this command through the console to enable aim assist:
seta aim_target_player_enabled 1 -

Tiktok Pandoro the latest update has made the following change:
aim_target_player_enabled dvar functionality restored for use within ZM, more specifically for the Turned gamemode
This in turn affected aim assist in MP. Simply follow the suggestion from my comment to enable aim assist.

Hadi77KSA I entered your command in the console, but it still doesn't work; it's running very sluggishly. It's not even my fault, as others are also reporting or experiencing this error.

I've noticed a very sluggish aim assist if not no aim assist at all although enabled, i've been playing since 2021 with no issues and now it's become unplayable, controller support was the main reason i've downloaded this client.

The next update should return it to how it was before the recent update.
