Stuck on "Connecting to Online Services"

My BO2 and BO2 zombies are giving me the same error where, when I click the Online section, it just infinitely keeps loading. In the command prompt thing, this keeps generating over and over, while I have the online section open:
Bound DW addr to 192.168.56.1:3074 Bound DW port to 3074I have tried adding both the t6 games to my firewall allowlist and I've tried everything I can but nothing works. I have only played one match with my friends and nothing else.
Edit - I've tried adding the port 3074 to my firewall allowlist as well but that did not work either. I've restarted my laptop after doing this and that didn't seem to fix it
