Launcher doesnt installing

I'm trying to install the launcher using an .exe file, but after a couple of minutes, I get an error. Any suggestions for a fix?
I tried running it as administrator. The system is Windows 11, and the CPU and GPU are AMD.

nvm, problem was with ethernet.

How are you able to connect to CUK servers? I've just started using plutonium again and I guess there have been more geo-blocks implemented as the only way to get my client to update was to connect to a VPN. I would prefer to not use a VPN as the latency is going to be awful. There are some servers that work but if I try to connect to CUK Nuketown like I used to, it gets stuck on synching settings.

I assume u also russian. If u use zapret (like i do), then yeah, CUK/HGM sometimes disappear, could be related to their hostings. And additionally, RKN did something today. So, shit won't load today even with WARP, have to use a VPN on top all of that.
