COMO COLOCAR LEGENDA NO BLACK OPS 1

Alguém sabe como coloco legenda no Black Ops 1? Estou jogando a campanha do Black Ops 1 em Inglês mas está muito complicado de entender algumas missões. Vi alguns vídeos que mostram como colocar as legendas traduzidas pra quando se baixa o jogo original e tem o aplicativo CallofDutyBlackOps.exe mas no caso do Plutônio não vi.
