Have you tried /com_maxfps (number) to set your FPS? You would use that command in the console to set the FPS. If you set it to 0 it'll be unlimited

BdawgTheSlaya yes i did, i put it at 120fps but it badly can reach 60
c4rbs Is your VSync turned on? Have you made sure to check if your monitors refresh rate is set to the highest?
