I cant install the launcher

i've already played plutonium before, but now i can't even install the launcher for some reason.

Try opening plutonium.exe again.
That 'System.Runtime' crash happens because the launcher can't find the correct .NET libraries to check for updates. Installing that specific runtime usually fixes it immediately.

thanks for the reply! I tried that, i installed the runtime, restarted my pc, it didn't work, so i was like ok sure lemme check, i even repaired the installation and it didn't work, thanks for the reply tho!
