Is there any way to change the zombies hud to the one used in SP/MP ?

I wanted to be able to make the HUD in zombies use the HUD from Multiplayer and the Campaign but i have no idea how to go about doing this as i feel like theres no proper tutorial for doing this.
Help would very much be appreciated if so! and i am also curious if i can also apply any knowledge given onto modding BO2's hud.
