Launcher won't boot up WAW (crashes after loading for a bit)

Every time i load up WAW (other COD games work fine on plutonium), the launcher crashes and I'm presented with this screen. I have already downloaded a new plutonium.exe and reinstalled WAW but to no use.
Here is what is said in the crash report:
