Plutonium keeps crashing when pressing play with no error messages.

hi my friends plutonium keeps closing as soon as he press play with no error code, he's on the correct directory and the directory works for all my other friends

we've tried turning off and messing around with most of the windows defenders settings, using administrator, moving the folder in a another directory, using Chatgpt to help us but non of the solutions seems to help
