Either way, it doesn’t matter, since Plutonium staff doesn’t handle bans or unbans. The system is automatic, so you can try, but I can guarantee it won’t work.

I want to assure you that I did not create or use a different account to bypass a ban or violate any rules. The honest reason is that I genuinely thought my original account was experiencing a technical glitch or a bug that prevented it from connecting properly.
My attempt to log in with a different account was simply a troubleshooting step to see if the issue was specific to my account or the game client itself. It was never my intention to evade the system or spam.
I hope you understand that this was a mistake based on a technical misunderstanding. Thank you for your time.

That's a big fat not from me since you are still trying to weasle your way out.
If you tried a different account to trouble shoot your ban would be 14 days. -
The anticheat log is showing this is your second ban, where the first one occurred in 2022.
ChosenUndead a perma ban is given on the 2nd time the anticheat is triggered. Alternative accounts only add a 7 day extension to the original ban period for each account you try to login with while banned.
