[ZM] Add the BabyGun to all maps

I know no one asked for this, buuut here is a mod that adds the babygun from shangri-la to all maps for anyone who may wanna use this weapon on a map besides shangri-la
- from testing this it works almost just as well as it does on shang (the mini models bug out a bit sometimes)
- no weapon limit meaning 4 people can have the weapon at once
- added a weighting function that makes getting the shrinkray easier
- you can give yourself the weapon by putting in the command "give shrink_ray_zm"

kinkychinky2021 probably not tbh, it might cause maps like shangri-la and moon to reach the fx limit since the waffe uses a bunch of fx. I also know there are people who probably won't like that so it would probably just be easier to leave it
I could try making a mod that adds the waffe to all maps but I'll have to see if that can work out

HomerJay42 maybe you could try making a copy of the wunderwaffe that has less effects or combines multiple effects into one big png maybe? im unsure of how viable that is though.

koishicat I could probably just not load the fx for maps that can't handle it, but I'll worry about that when I actually try and make said mod
