SHIELD MASTER Game servers are run by the people that actually own the server itself (not by plutonium). Some server owners are better than others. You can attempt to find the owner of that server and talk with them, but i'm guessing based on that ban message, you might not have much luck with getting them to unban you (unless that ban was given by one of their rogue admins and the actual server owner takes your side).
