Steam Account already linked?

Hello,
So i used to use Plutonium a while ago but i forgot all my login details so i created this new one, when i have gone to verify i own the game with my Steam account it says it is already linked to another account (this being my old one), can it be unlinked in anyway so i can attach it to this account, thank you!
