Dreamurr post a screenshot of the game settings in the launcher. It's also possible the arabic characters in your file path are causing an issue.

that folder doesn't actually exist no? try changing the name of the folder with the arab characters to something with latin characters.

Dreamurr https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/. You don't need the dlcs if you use full_game btw, that already contains all dlcs.

gamer301 you have pirated files, those are no longer allowed (changed 3 years ago).
get your game from steam, use the game settings button to point the launcher to your steam game folder, and then click play and you'll be all set!
