I cant open launcher error 0xc000007b

I've tried everything to fix this error: reinstalling DLLs in system32 and sysWow64, installing DirectX, Visual C++, the redistributable, everything I've seen in YouTube videos, and nothing works. Other games with the same error were fixed, but not the Plutonium launcher.
