Problem with launching plutonium

This is happening too much lately, i dont know why, it happens randomly, it doesnt have a pattern, sometimes it launches the bootstrapper and sometimes dont, and it doesnt care if i restart my pc or dont. Please help

if i open plutonium in the folder pluto t6 full game it puts another error but then, appear me to play with lan, and opens plutonium, but it is important to open plutonium in the folder, not in the desk, and i disable the windows protection
