How can i increrase fps with DXVK?

I have downloaded the files specifically x32 and x64 and i put d3d9.dll in my game file (I think i did it right), but i still havent seen a boost in fps if anything a decrease. Am i missing anything out?

TTVMoH You gotta need a good card in order to get some FPS. thats the only formula
