old plutonium account linked to my steam account

I created an old Plutonium account and forgot the account email and password. When I'm trying to link this account to my Steam account, I keep getting failed message saying, "This Steam account is currently linked to a another plutonium account (my old account)."
Is there any way to disconnect my steam account from Plutonium?
