Stronger aim assist

Hi,
I'm very bad when using gamepad and so are my friends as we are mostly keyboard+mouse pc players. Can I somehow increase the aim assist strength?
For the background: I will be creating custom LAN match. During party I want to fire up the game and play casualy a few rounds on gamepads with friends, basically LAN party. Can I increase the aim assist on my private match somehow? Is there some config file for it or maybe a mod? Thanks!

Genuinely played CoD on a controller for the first time in forever and was aiming perfectly fine. I think you're just destined to be trash at the game.

DrSkum88 I cannot use mouse and keyboard. I'm using NucleusCoop to basically set the game up as a splitscreen game for 4 people displayed on big tv. Everyone will be sitting on a couch with gamepad in hands and probably drunk. That's why I need it to be easy and very casual. I might also play with 6 player split screen which would add to the chaos even more.
SavoyHp, Vxndullism As I said above - everyone will be playing a shooter game first time ever on gamepad while also being drunk... It is supposed to be very chill and casual.
