I installed both (Server / Game)
however, when I try to start the Server and then the game or in reverse order, the first one that was executed is what works. There is some possibility of using perhaps a VM (Virtual Machine), I checked some dedicated servers and VPS (Virtual Private Server), however, the prices are not so favorable here in Brazil.

Yes, I just set up my server today and it works. You have to start the game first, then when it gets to the menu tab out and start the server. Another thing to note is the game likes to hook onto port 4976 by default, so either change that or make the server use 4977 (or anything) and port forward accordingly.
