Delete, Claim, or Recover my account.

Hi,
I have been trying to get back into my wife's account and we know the username and email but we must have messed up the password when typing it and we didn't verify the email in time. I understand the security risks in this ask but I am wondering if there is anything that can be done so we can at least just have the username even if its for a new account. The account is kotemii. I can provide more information if needed but I obviously don't want to just post everything on the open forum.Thank you,

AndreTOQU3 I guess that's to be expected. do you know if they ever do pruning? its been 2 years of inactivity on an unverified account so I imagine not.
