Request: Zavod or Shipment Snow from COD4x or IW4x please?

I have spent three weeks now trying to learn map porting and I have failed in the most miserable of ways. If anyone already has a port of these for IW5 the maps Zavod and Shipment Snow from either cod4 or mw2, or can easily port them I would be most grateful, thank you.
