WolflexZ Good for you. It's just ridiculous how I get banned without me even opening the launcher for a couple of years. Always been a huge fan of the project, but this is just embarrassing them now even bothering to answer me.
It's you who are which I do appreciate. But for making this thing great and keeping it alive I think it would be quite necessary for them to check the logs who got me banned and fix this whole show.
I don't know what else I can say, I would have recommended it to a bunch of friends to play with me...

Jarkkovalas I'm glad they don't allow ban appeals. Since their cheat policy is fair and prevents cheaters trying to fool everyone. The system gives out a 7 day ban with a warning for the first time, but most people would ignore that warning and try to bypass their temp ban. Then their last resort is to attempt a ban appeal and say anything to get unbanned. Here is plutonium's cheat policy:

RedxSkull But you don't get the point of this ban appeal my friend who got banned, did not play the game that he got banned for and that is why he is trying to get a ban appeal. I mean would be happy to take a ban from every game on plutonium cause you got banned from mw3 which you don't even own or play?

The point is not that there shouldn't be strict anti-cheat.
It's unprofessional and inconvenient to not look into miss Banns in my case who hasn't opened the goddam launcher for years.There are only cons to that, losing players and keeping the project still from more success. Hopefully someday one of these lads understand the meaning of "Customer Service or Support.
Does not even bother to answer me NOR look into some idiotic miss Bann. Unfortunate but still annoying. Wasted potential if nothing is being done. There are dozens of people asking for them to look into the logs since I'm not the only one that this has happened.

RedxSkull And this might be a good thing for you still since you haven't got banned for no reason. You would definitely see it the other way if you'd be in my shoes. Think out of the box.
Strict anti-cheat = Yes
Does not mean = No support. No looking into errors or miss banns. -
i really dont why they do the ban appeal form even thought they dont do ban appeal its just something i dont understand and im not trying to be rude bc i cheated well i own my mistakes and i cheated but look at the fraction i did for example if i cheated for a long time that would fair to not do ban appeal if i cheated for (an hour in my case) i really deserve a second chance like everyone deserves a second chance they should really look and actually gives the second chances to who deserve it

Into_TheVoid Where did you see a ban form? There is no official appeal process. Their policy is very strict regardless of how long you cheated. Since it's only a 20-day ban, your best bet is to just wait it out.
