BO2 Plutonium: Constant Server Disconnects in the Evening (999 Ping / Connection Interrupted)

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to figure out whether this is a known issue with Plutonium or if something is wrong on my side.
What's happening
I'm playing Black Ops 2 on Plutonium. In the morning, when there were only around 300 players online, everything worked perfectly and I had no disconnects.
In the evening, when the player count goes above 1,000, I can usually play for about 5–10 minutes on a server and then the following happens:
Everyone on the server suddenly starts lagging.
The ping jumps to around 999 ms.
We get "Connection Interrupted" / "Lost Connection."
Eventually everyone gets disconnected from the server.The important part is that this does not happen on just one server. I switch to a completely different server, and after a few minutes the exact same thing happens there as well.
That's why I'm wondering if there is some general Plutonium or server-related issue, especially during peak hours when more players are online.
Has anyone else experienced this recently, or does anyone know what could be causing it?

i've seen the same thing, whenever the server goes full, insta lagg 999 ping, etc...
3-5minutes later becomes normal again, btw playing in Brazil servers, but notice the same thing on north america.
it just happens with me ONLY when the Server becomes full, idk if there's a reason -
