@LiI-Durk i dont think so, bo3 emblems has more many layers than bo2 ( 64 layers vs 32 layers), you cant copy an emblem from bo3 cuz it probably has too much layers and i think there some figures and forms that are not in bo2 xd.

also extra thing i found out how to make the gears of war logo onto black ops 1 and i was wondering if you make this as a new emblem to download or on black ops 2 since it also works there
