theres bunch of bo3 emblem files.. would it be possible to convert them to bo2? cant posta link but search on google bo3 emblem download and a reddit post with the link pops up first

LiI Durk i dont think so, bo3 emblems has more many layers than bo2 ( 64 layers vs 32 layers), you cant copy an emblem from bo3 cuz it probably has too much layers and i think there some figures and forms that are not in bo2 xd.

also extra thing i found out how to make the gears of war logo onto black ops 1 and i was wondering if you make this as a new emblem to download or on black ops 2 since it also works there
theres a tutorial by the way which somebody that i friended on steam posted and i hope this helps

As for your questions about making a "description" for your profile click your picture on the top right of the website -> Edit profile -> About me | That is where you can make your "description" for your profile. If you're also asking how they have the ascii art that says "My Best 2024:" then you can simply just copy and paste it into your About Me section.
