locked myself out of my account cause of 2fa

When I was installing 2fa on to my account I clicked confirm but I didn't see any if it worked or not so I deleted the 2fa to try again than when I tried again I was logged out. Thankfully I was only logged out of the website and not the launcher so I can still play if needed more confirmation that I own the account
