Can't load up the game.

Hey, so I just bought and installed Bo2 for the first time ever, never played before. Bought it on steam, heard that I should install Plutonium due to IP Address leaks and likewise... anytime that I try to launch through Plutonium I get this message:
Error during initialization:
Missing patch fastfiles.
Please verify your game files with Steam.And in the command prompt:
I can launch the game through steam and be okay, and I've tried verifying the files multiple times, and when I do, it says it's missing a file and then "repairs" it, I goto verify again to make sure, and it still has to repair that file.. am I just fucked?
